Cake Preorder Form

the following Is required:

• 2 week advance notice minimum. Orders placed without a 2 week notice incur a $20 rush fee per item, and are subject to Midtown Bakery approval.

• Please check our website, Yelp, or Google for our business days and hours before placing an order. Unless arranged as an exception, pick-ups are in store during normal business hours. Cakes picked up during non-business hours will incur a convenience fee of $10 or more per item.

• Cakes do not come sliced

• Our design medium is buttercream (no fondant, sugar flowers, wafer paper, etc.).

• All of our desserts are made fresh to order, just for you! Dessert orders that are not picked up on the reserved date are considered forfeited and will not be refunded. Because of this all sales are final.
